Chris Hodgson

Chris Hodgson has a wide range of work experience in the software development field. From 2014 to 2022, they have worked for companies such as eBay Enterprise, Advanced Digital Institute, Reading Room, Sky, Rippleffect, Carphone Warehouse, PrettyLittleThing.com, and Pimberly. Chris'sroles have included Lead Developer, PHP/Symfony Developer, Symfony/Javascript Developer, ReactJs/Symfony Developer, Laravel/Javascript Developer, and ReactJs/NodeJs/Laravel Developer. Chris has successfully managed teams of offshore and UK based developers, improved the quality of software, and increased productivity of teams. Chris has also worked on projects such as building product information systems, generic checkout systems, RESTful API layers, and integrating order management systems.

Chris Hodgson began their education journey in 1990 at Staffordshire University, where they completed a HND in Applied Biology in 1992. Chris then continued their studies at the same university, earning a BSc Hons in Biology & Environmental Science in 1994. In 1995, they moved to the University of Strathclyde and completed a PGDip in Information Systems in 1996.
