Dr. Natalia Holzer

Dr. Natalia Holzer has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Global Data and Analytics at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Allianz Real Estate GmbH from December 2016 onwards. Dr. Natalia also served as the Company Manager at Allianz Real Estate GmbH from August 2014 to November 2016, and as an Investment Controller from February 2010 to July 2014. In the earlier stages of their career, Dr. Holzer worked at EY as a Senior in Transaction Services from December 2005 to January 2010. Dr. Natalia also gained experience as an Intern at CMP Capital Management Partners - private equity in July 2004 and at Commerzbank AG - M&A from February 2004 to April 2004.

Dr. Natalia Holzer received their Diploma in International Economics from The State University of Management in Moscow from 1999 to 2004. Dr. Natalia then pursued a Ph.D. in Investment Management from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, in 2002-2003, they were awarded a scholarship from DAAD and studied Organization and Controlling at Universität Passau.
