Fabio Cataldi

Fabio Cataldi is a highly experienced asset manager and project manager with a strong background in real estate and construction. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since June 2022, Fabio has previously held similar roles at Generali Real Estate and several project management positions in notable firms including Grupo Vips, KLEPIERRE, and Unibail-Rodamco, specializing in real estate development, renovations, and extensions. Fabio's expertise encompasses strategic asset management, project budgeting and scheduling, negotiation, and compliance within diverse real estate portfolios. Fabio holds a Master of Science in European Construction Engineering from VIA University College, along with two Master's degrees in Construction Engineering from Politecnico di Bari.
