Mary Beth Mahdik

Mary Beth Mahdik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Americas Lateral and APAC Talent Acquisition at PIMCO, Mary Beth has previously held several key positions within the company, including Senior Vice President and Head of Americas Lateral Talent Acquisition. Before joining PIMCO, Mary Beth worked at Robert Half Management Resources as Division Director and Resource Manager, and held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President in the Investment Banking Division. Mary Beth began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Mary Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, graduating in 1998.
