Eloïse Rodde

Eloïse Rodde has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eloïse is currently the Ops Manager at Pimster since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Alumni at baby vc starting from February 2021. From January 2021 to July 2021, Eloïse worked as an Ops & Portfolio Support at Alven, an independent venture capital firm, where they handled various responsibilities such as financial analysis, marketing content creation, communication and marketing hub management, and conducting different types of analysis for the portfolio.

Before joining Alven, Eloïse worked as a Business Development & Analyst Intern at Ayolab from June 2020 to December 2020. Their responsibilities included data analysis and interpretation, lead generation processes, fundraising activities, and managing corporate clients in the beauty tech sector.

Eloïse also gained experience as a Digital Designer at KALEA DIGITAL & FORMATION from June 2019 to October 2020, where they created training videos for the banking and insurance industry. Prior to that, Eloïse served as the Vice-President at HEC ONU, organizing conferences and participating in Model UN activities. Eloïse also held the position of Vice-President at Club Hand HEC.
