Guido Girasole has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Guido is the Founder & CEO of Pinch food brands since 2023, where they optimize spaces and kitchens for hotels, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets through virtual brands. In 2020, they founded Girasole - Food Consulting, offering smart consulting services for restaurants, hotels, and dark kitchens. Guido also worked as a Master's Degree Trainer at Job Farm and as an Advisor for virtual brands management at Vegery - Veg Delivery. Additionally, Guido served as a Global advisor at AlphaSights, Guidepoint, and Dialectica. Guido was the CEO and Founder of Dakasadelivery.it from 2020 to 2021. In 1997 to 2002, Guido attended Liceo scientifico 'Filolao' Crotone, where they studied subjects such as Math, English, History, and Philosophy. Guido then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Hospitality from Università della Calabria, which they completed between 2002 and 2006.
In 2018, Guido enrolled at ABI INBEV University for a Yellow belt certificate, where they studied Kaizen, PDCA (5 Whys Analysis), and Lean startup methodology. The following year, they attended AB INBEV University and obtained a Green belt certificate in Six Sigma.
Additionally, in February 2022, Guido obtained a certification from the Instituto Cervantes, earning a Cervantes certification.
