Bruce Boruszak

Bruce Boruszak is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Pine Tree since January 2006. Prior to this role, Bruce was Co-Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon, LLP from February 1996 to December 2005. Bruce's career began at Isham Lincoln & Beale as an Associate, followed by a partnership at Nagelberg & Resnick, P.C. from 1984 to 1993, and a Shareholder position at Shefsky & Froelich from 1993 to 1996. Educationally, Bruce earned a JD from the University of Michigan and a BA in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
