Renae Anlair

Renae Anlair has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a Corporate Human Resources role at Pineapple Energy since March 2018. Previously, Renae held various positions at Transition Networks from October 2013 to March 2018, including Sr. HR Generalist, where responsibilities included consulting for HR Managers, performance management, onboarding programs, and employee relations support. Renae's earlier roles spanned HR and administrative functions at organizations such as Southern Wine & Spirits, Diversified Distribution Systems, and Opitz Outlet, among others. Renae holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Minnesota, one in Business Marketing Education and another in Human Resource Development.
