Karolis Kailiūnas is an experienced marketing and eCommerce strategist with over a decade in various leadership roles, currently serving as CMO and Executive Board Member at Pineca Group since December 2013. At Pineca, Karolis leads strategic marketing management, market expansion, and performance marketing initiatives, significantly enhancing the company's SEO and CPC strategies, while building a successful in-house marketing team. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. UX Specialist at Intermedix, where Karolis was the sole UX personnel in the Lithuanian office, and as eCommerce Business Analysis & UX Lead at NFQ, pioneering UX practices.
