Roy Miara

Roy Miara has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 with a role as Sales Engineer at Experitest (now Digital.ai). In 2017, they moved to ZOOZ as a Data Engineer, where they designed ETL and data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and insights. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Data Science at Empirical. From 2019 to the present, they have been working as an Engineering Manager at Explorium, managing a diversified engineering group consisting of Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Algorithms Engineers. Roy is currently in the process of transitioning to a new role as Engineering Manager at Pinecone.

Roy Miara began their educational journey in 2013 when they attended Tel Aviv University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering by 2017. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Cryptography I from Coursera. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at milab - Media Innovation Lab, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
