Dan Smith

Dan Smith has over 18 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the OEM Integration Services Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst at Pinewood Technologies since February 2005. In this role, Dan interfaces with approximately 150 automotive OEMs to analyze requirements and establish integrations for various functionalities, including inventory management and warranty claim processing. Additionally, Dan has served as a SCRUM Master, facilitating project delivery within the aftersales development team. Dan's career began as a Graduate Trainee at Pinewood Technologies, gaining exposure to application support, QA, and implementation. Prior to this, Dan worked as an Application Developer at CGI, contributing to a Java-based application for underwriting insurance policies. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex, completed between 2001 and 2004.
