Eric Bonnette

Eric Bonnette serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success Outcomes at Ping Identity, a role assumed in June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Americas customer success organizations and global operations, contributing to significant growth following a successful IPO. Previously, Eric held various leadership positions in customer success and technical support across several companies, including Qualys, Storable, Cohesity, Qlik, Genesys, Dell EMC, and Catalina USA, consistently enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Administration Systems from ITT Technical University.
