Kristina Ritchie

Kristina Ritchie is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and employee development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ping Identity since January 2022, Kristina previously held similar roles at DISH Network from February 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing employee experience, advising on employment laws, and supporting talent management processes. Kristina's background also includes immigration case management for a large employee base and benefits administration for a nationwide workforce.
