敏 方

敏方 has worked for multiple companies in various IT roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at T-Systems, where they were responsible for AD management, installation, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products. In 2017, 敏方 joined Pearson VUE as a Customer Service Lead, overseeing weekly meetings and analyzing complaints to formulate solutions. They also provided regular training to team members on communication skills. Currently, 敏方 is working at PingCAP as an IT Engineer, where they manage organization tools such as Jira, Zoom, and Google G-suite.

敏 方 attended Harbin University of Commerce from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
