Courtney Hsing

Courtney Hsing has a work experience in the field of user research and user experience. Courtney started their career as a User Research Fellow at GitHub in 2018. Later, they joined CrowdStrike as a User Experience Researcher in November 2018 and worked until April 2022. From April 2022 to December 2022, they worked as a User Experience Researcher at Chime. Currently, Courtney is employed at Pinger as a User Researcher since January 2023.

Courtney Hsing has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with High Honors from the University of Michigan. Courtney then pursued further education at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Psychology. Following their M.A. degree, Courtney continued their studies at The Ohio State University, completing their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Social Psychology.
