Anastasiia Baliuk

Anastasiia Baliuk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR People Partner at Pingle Studio since April 2023. Previously, Anastasiia worked at SPD-Ukraine from September 2016 to December 2022, holding various positions including HR People Partner/BP, where responsibilities involved consulting middle management, managing employee communication, and overseeing onboarding, performance appraisal, and retention processes for over 80 colleagues. Anastasiia also has experience as a Human Resources Manager, supporting the administration of HR policies and the full employee life cycle. Early in the career, Anastasiia worked as an Inspector on staffing at МЦ "Здоров'я родини TREEAMED" from August 2010 to October 2014. Anastasiia holds a Specialist's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection from National Transport University, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
