Sushil Kumar

Sushil Kumar is a seasoned professional in business development and management, currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at Pini Group since July 2023. Previously, Sushil held the position of General Manager - Sales and Business Development at AFRY from January to April 2023 and served as the Deputy General Manager of Business Development at SMEC (formerly known as Snowy Mountain Engineering Corporation) from March 2010 to December 2022. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant Manager in Operations and Project Management at SIEMENS from March 2007 to January 2010 and being self-employed in a small-scale manufacturing business from April 2004 to December 2006. Sushil holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management from Himalayan University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Arni University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Himachal Pradesh University. Sushil is currently pursuing a program in Business Growth Strategy at the University of Virginia.
