Erhard Fillinger

Erhard Fillinger is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management across diverse regions and industries. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at Automobili Pininfarina since February 2020, Erhard focuses on designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals while building high-performing teams.
