Jari Alamaa has a strong background in various roles within the IT and customer service industries. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Systems Science, Jari has held positions ranging from Sales Assistant to Service Advisor to Operations Manager. Currently, Jari serves as a Service- / Project Manager in Cloud Services at Pinja Group. Prior to this, Jari held roles such as Head of Global Operations Center at Qvantel and ICT Service / Project Manager at Inmics Oy. Jari's diverse experience showcases a well-rounded skill set in both technical and managerial roles.
