Mary Rose

Mary Rose has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of talent management, learning and organizational development. Their most recent role was as the Director of Talent & Culture at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Management at the same company. Mary also had a role in learning and development. Before joining Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina, Mary worked as a Learning and Organizational Development professional at Broward County Government. Mary has also held various leadership positions at Chico's FAS, Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing leadership training programs. Mary also has experience as a Director of Learning and Development at Saks Fifth Avenue, where they managed a team of training directors and was responsible for the design and delivery of training programs for store associates.

Mary Rose attended Cambridge College from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management (M.Ed.), which they did not complete. Prior to their time at Cambridge College, their education history is unknown. After their time at Cambridge College, Mary Rose attended West Virginia University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Textiles and Clothing.

In addition to their formal education, Mary Rose obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1998, they became a Certified Facilitator in various areas, including the 5 choices, 7 Habits, Inspiring Trust, and Managing Across Generations, through FRANKLIN COVEY CO. In 2005, they became a Certified Facilitator in Leadership Architect through Korn Ferry. In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Certified Facilitator - Voices 360, also through Korn Ferry. In 2007, they became a Certified Analyst through The Predictive Index. Lastly, in 2009, they obtained certifications as an MBTI Certified Practitioner from the United Latino Students Association and as a Certified Facilitator - 360 Suite from the Center for Creative Leadership.
