Jeffrey Ralston has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Jeffrey began their career as a Teaching Artist at The Joan Mitchell Foundation, where they developed art curriculums and taught students from grades 1-12. Jeffrey then worked as a Production Assistant at Desi Santiago and as a Visuals Associate/Production Studio employee at Barneys New York.

Jeffrey also gained experience in set design and management at Alexander Wang LLC and as a Contracted Freelance Artist at Izquierdo Studio: Sam Hill. Jeffrey further showcased their creative skills as a Window Designer at OAK NYC, where they conceptualized and fabricated sculptural props for visual displays.

Later, Jeffrey joined Urban Outfitters as a Lead Display Artist before transitioning to work at Pink Sparrow. At Pink Sparrow, they held roles such as Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Director of Project Management. Jeffrey managed high-profile accounts, built strong client relationships, and mentored junior project managers.
