Matthew James

Matthew James is an experienced professional in software consulting and project management, specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, particularly within the Sage and Acumatica platforms. At Pinnacle since March 2014, Matthew currently serves as the Acumatica Professional Services Manager, overseeing project implementations and resource management. Previously, Matthew held roles ranging from Upgrades Project Manager to Sage 200 Consultant with significant expertise in manufacturing implementations. Prior experience includes roles at Increase Computers Ltd and Sage, focusing on pre-sales, implementation, testing, and technical support. Matthew holds a degree in Information Systems from Newcastle University and A-Levels in the sciences from Sha Tin College in Hong Kong.
