Anna Grant Jones

Anna Grant Jones has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and communications. Anna started their career as an Account Executive at Kelly/Vardeman Communications, where they coordinated efforts for clients and assisted in designing collateral materials. Anna then worked as a Marketing Director at Lakeshore Mall and Georgia Square Mall, where they were responsible for marketing and organizing events. Anna later joined WEMCO/Randa Corp as an Advertising Assistant. Anna then worked at the City of Elberton as a Marketing Director, where they developed the marketing department and publicized the municipal broadband system. Anna then served as the Executive Director at the Development Authority of Elbert Co., Elberton & Bowman, where they played a key role in economic development. Anna also worked as the Director of Business and Industry Services at Athens Technical College, where they focused on workforce development and specialized training for existing and new companies. Currently, they are the SVP-Marketing Officer at Pinnacle Bank, overseeing marketing efforts for the bank and its branches in Northeast Georgia.

Anna Grant Jones began their education at Young Harris College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts. Anna then went on to Mercer University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from 1986 to 1988. Subsequently, Anna pursued further education at The University of Georgia from 1988 to 1989. Here they successfully completed a Masters of Mass Communications from the Grady School of Journalism with a concentration in PR. Currently, there is no available information regarding their ongoing or additional education.
