Larry Miles

Larry Miles currently serves as President of Pinnacle Biologics, Inc., starting in June 2023, and as General Manager for ADVANZ PHARMA since October 2015, overseeing commercial operations for the U.S. market with a revenue exceeding $100 million. Prior experience includes roles as President and CEO of McClung Companies, where responsibilities encompassed implementing the mission and vision of a multi-million dollar media-services firm, and as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the same company. Earlier in their career, Larry held management positions at Abbott, supervising a team of specialty pharmaceutical sales professionals, and served as a manufacturing manager at Precision Components International. Military background includes various leadership roles in the U.S. Army, focusing on personnel readiness and operations. Larry Miles earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a track in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, after completing education at John Carroll University.
