Doug Bloom

Doug Bloom is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in executive performance coaching and organizational development. Currently serving as a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide since 2022, Doug focuses on enhancing the growth of emerging organizations through strategic frameworks. As Principal at DAB Ventures, Inc. since 2017, Doug aids growth-stage CEOs and investors by refining their operational strategies. Additionally, Doug holds advisory roles with Executive Leaders for Advisory Boards and has previously hosted "Other People's Money" on RVN TV. Doug has also served as Philadelphia Area Chair for TIGER 21, led RealWinWin as CEO from 2005 to 2016, and held key positions in various organizations, including VP at RCN and Director at TCG. Doug Bloom's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA from Colgate University, and an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
