Erica Villarreal, Ph.D.

Erica Villarreal, Ph.D. has worked as a Corporate Trainer and Human Resources Generalist at Pinnacle Clinical Research since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Educator at RGCCISD. Since September 2017, they have held the position of Director at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Erica Villarreal, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. Erica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management from South Texas College. In addition, they hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
