Jackie Brown

Jackie Brown serves as the Director of Operations at Pinnacle Family Services, a position held since March 2022, while also working as an FCT Specialist and Field Trainer. Previous experience includes roles at Stein Mart as a Sales Floor Associate from October 2000 to February 2023, and as a Consultant with Thirty-One Gifts from November 2015 to November 2020. Jackie contributed to the community as a ROSS Service Coordinator at Hickory Housing Authority from April 2015 to November 2020, assisting families in public housing to achieve self-sufficiency. Additionally, Jackie held the position of Program Supervisor at Sipes Orchard Home from December 2010 to February 2015, and worked as a GED Instructor and Case Manager at The Cognitive Connection in 2010. Early career experience included serving as a Foster Care Social Worker and LINKS Coordinator at Catawba County Department of Social Services from October 2002 to January 2007.
