David Tant

David Tant MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Pinnacle Group Limited since May 2007, overseeing HR functions for approximately 3,800 employees. Previous roles at Pinnacle include Senior HR Business Partner and Senior HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development of HR strategies and managing substantial employee groups. Prior to Pinnacle, David worked at Essex County Council in various capacities, including Principal HR Consultant, focusing on strategic HR functions for a workforce of around 30,000.
