Ademola Karonwi is a CMRP, MBA with a diverse range of work experience. Ademola is currently working as the Director of Maintenance and Engineering at Pinnacle Oil Holdings, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Engineering And Maintenance Manager at Blue Marble Productions, Inc., & Blue Marble Cocktails, Inc. from May 2021 to January 2023 and as a Sr Maintenance Specialist at Ingredion Incorporated from December 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at Clif Bar & Company as part of the Maintenance Team from August 2018 to December 2019. Ademola also has extensive experience at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they held various roles including Overhaul Maintenance Engineer from January 2012 to December 2017, Sparepart planner and Quality engineer from January 2010 to January 2012, and Maintenance Planner/TPM Facilitator from October 2007 to December 2009. Prior to Coca-Cola, Ademola worked at Nestlé as a Maintenance Team lead from May 2006 to October 2007 and at UAC of Nigeria Plc as an Engineering supervisor (snacks factory) from May 2001 to May 2005.

Ademola Karonwi achieved a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 2012 to 2015, Ademola pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. In 2019, Ademola attended Purdue University where they completed a graduate program in Systems Engineering. Ademola has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP) from SMRP in January 2021, Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE in September 2020, and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from CIPSM in January 2010.
