Vikesh Doshi

Vikesh Doshi has a diverse range of work experience. Vikesh is currently the Head of IT Run at Pinnacle Pet Group, a role they started in 2021. Before that, they were the Director and Owner of Doshinet Limited starting in 2018. Vikesh also worked as the IT Run Manager at CARDIF PINNACLE INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PLC from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Infrastructure Manager at SmartFocus from 2016 to 2018. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Cardif Pinnacle, where they held the position of Team Leader, IT Networks & Converged Systems, managing network and telephony support for over 800 users across multiple locations. Before that, they worked as a Network Engineer at Hertfordshire Constabulary, supporting over 3000 users and 2000 machines. Vikesh'searliest work experience was as a Retailer Hotline representative at Camelot from 1998 to 2001.

Vikesh Doshi completed their education at the University of Hertfordshire from 1998 to 2001, earning a 2:2 degree in Cognitive Science. Prior to that, they attended Edgware School from 1991 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2015, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2013, and Configuring Juniper Networks Firewall/IPSec VPN Products (CJFV) in 2011.
