Vincent J. Cimino

Vincent J. Cimino has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources. Vincent J. began their career in 1974 as an HR Leader at Olin Corporation. In 1997, they joined GE as a Business Human Resources Leader. Vincent J. then moved to TDS Logistics, Inc. in 2005 as an Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources. In 2006, they joined Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at RoadLink Intermodal Logistics, LLC. In 2012, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Managed Labor Solutions/ Professional Maintenance Company. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Managing Partner at Integrity Leadership Solutions, LLC. Lastly, they were an Executive Search Consultant at Pinnacle Search Partners, LLC from 2014 to present.

Vincent J. Cimino obtained a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the International Coach Federation. Vincent J. then attended Coaches Training Institute, where they earned a CPCC in Executive Coaching in 2010. In 2011, they earned a Certified High Performing Team Coach from Team Coaching International and a Master Certified Personality Assessment Coach from Winslow Personality Assessment. Prior to this, they obtained an MS in Counseling Psychology from Niagara University between 1984 and 1986, a BS in Industrial Relations/Psychology from SUNY Empire State College between 1982 and 1984, and an AS in Business, Management & Economics from SUNY Empire State College between 1980 and 1982.
