Derek Hayes

Derek Hayes has worked in various roles since 1988. Derek began their career as a Substitute Teacher for Cincinnati Public Schools in 1988. In 1989, they became a Microbiology Technician for Manpower. In 1991, they took on the role of Statistical and Technical Analyst for Procter & Gamble, where they were a SAS programmer for 5 years in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and an application developer and customer support for 2 years in IT, for sales and marketing. In 1997, they became a Professional Services Project Leader for SAS. In 2018, they were a Promotions Specialist for My Gorilla Garage. Currently, they are an Engagement and Project Manager for Pinnacle Solutions Incorporated, where they are responsible for positioning new consulting services, especially for current customers, and managing delivery projects.

Derek Hayes attended Walnut Hills High School from 1977 to 1983, where they studied STEM-based subjects. Derek then went on to the University of Cincinnati, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 1988.
