Frank A. O'Connor

Frank A. O'Connor, P.E., PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer at Pinnacle Specialty Group, Inc., since March 2022. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, O'Connor held the position of Senior Project Manager at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, from March 2008 to February 2022, where responsibilities included environmental and civil works planning, design, and construction, as well as disaster recovery and dredged material management. Prior to that, O'Connor was a Senior Project Manager at URS Corporation, focusing on engineering design, environmental remediation, and FEMA disaster recovery from November 1990 to March 2008. O'Connor earned a Master's degree in Petroleum Geology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University at Albany.
