As the President of Talent Solutions for Pinnacle Group, Freddy Vaca is responsible for strengthening and streamlining the company’s business strategy, service delivery, and sales throughout North America. Vaca leads all talent solutions, including the sales and delivery teams, as well as marketing and technology infrastructure.

As one of the founding employees of Pinnacle Group and one of the most tenured executives, Vaca has been integral to the company’s growth and current market position. Pinnacle Group has been recognized with more than 92 local and national awards for business excellence, including listing 12 times on Inc. 500/5000 Fastest-Growing Companies, Women Presidents' Organizations No. 1 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Firms in the Country (2015 & 2018) and Staffing Industry Analysts Fastest-Growing Firms for 10 consecutive years.

In 2015, Vaca initiated the “social staffing firm” rebrand for all of Pinnacle Group, a top-to-bottom technology overhaul that combined traditional talent matching tools with social graphing. On a community level, Vaca dedicates significant time and resources to initiatives that benefit young children, women, military veterans, the homeless, including The Boys and Girls Club of America, Back on My Feet, Parents Step Ahead and Heroes for Children and the Adaptive Training Foundation. He has been a featured speaker at several educational and business-focused institutions, including Texas Christian University and the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute.
