Nathan Hracek

Nathan Hracek is an experienced Systems Administrator Lead at Virtuas, Inc. since November 2022 and has served as a Systems Administrator at Pinnacle since January 2014. In these roles, Nathan is responsible for maintaining and updating critical services and tools, including Microsoft servers and various IT solutions. Nathan has a strong background in IT support, having progressed from Tier 1 to Tier 2 Support Technician at Pinnacle, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and enhancing team efficiency. Prior to Pinnacle, Nathan worked as a Microsoft Adviser at Best Buy, gaining extensive knowledge in Microsoft products and training colleagues. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Data Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts from San Jacinto College.
