Belinda Daub

Belinda Daub, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 14 years. Belinda is currently employed at Pinnacol Assurance as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner since April 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from July 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Pinnacol Assurance, Belinda worked at Nexus Staffing Solutions for 8 years, starting in August 2013 and leaving in July 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Human Resources Manager, responsible for all aspects of the HR function. Their achievements include creating HR and staffing metrics, goal planning, and implementing monthly reviews and self-assessments to focus on core values.

Belinda's earlier experience includes a role as a Staff Manager at The Melting Pot Restaurants from June 2007 to August 2013.

Belinda Daub, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University Global. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2016.
