Hans Vollrath

Hans Vollrath has extensive work experience in various leadership positions within the entertainment and tourism industry. Hans is currently the General Manager at Meow Wolf since June 2023. Prior to this, Hans worked as a Business Director at Pinnacol Assurance starting in June 2019.

Hans's previous roles at Vail Resorts included Senior Director Summer Operations, where they successfully led a team in aligning business and operational restructuring across multiple mountain resorts from December 2014 to October 2018.

Before joining Vail Resorts, Hans worked at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products as a Senior Manager Business Development from June 2010 to November 2014. In this role, they played a key role in establishing the PhotoPass brand and guest experience in Disney Parks in various locations around the world.

At The Walt Disney Company, Hans held multiple roles, including Manager Disney Sports Entertainment Operations from July 2007 to June 2010, where they produced world-class guest experiences for professional and amateur sporting events. Hans also served as an Area Manager Park Operations from February 2002 to June 2007, overseeing multiple park entertainment operating areas.

Hans began their career at Disney Cruise Line as a Production Manager from August 1996 to December 2000, where they were responsible for launching and managing entertainment offerings on the company's first two ships.

In their earlier years at The Walt Disney Company, Hans worked as an Operations Manager with increasing responsibilities within park operations from January 1994 to August 1996. Hans served as the Duty Manager, handling overall park daily operations and addressing guest issues.

Hans Vollrath pursued their education from 1988 to 1991 at Georgia State University. During this time, they successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business.
