Joel Nobles, MBA, CSP has extensive experience in safety and transportation roles. Joel started their career in 2007 as an Occupational Safety Supervisor in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they joined the US Air Force Reserve as an Air Transportation Specialist from 2014 to 2020. In 2015, they began working at Pinnacol Assurance, first as a Senior Safety Consultant and later transitioning to the role of Safety Education and Experience Specialist in 2022.

Joel Nobles, MBA, CSP has a strong educational background in business administration and occupational safety and health. Joel obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado Technical University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Joel has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Joel holds the prestigious Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, which they obtained in October 2020. Joel also possesses the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification from the same institution, acquired in December 2016.
