Lihong Norman

Lihong Norman has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance engineering. Lihong currently works at Pinnacol Assurance as a Quality Assurance Engineer since 2022. In their previous role at Cadalys, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, Lihong led the QA automation efforts, built an automation test framework, performed manual testing, and made release go/no-go decisions. Prior to that, they worked at Insurium as a Quality Assurance Engineer from 2020 to 2021, where they set up end-to-end and integration tests using Cypress and managed test cases and automation via Azure DevOps. Earlier in their career, Lihong worked at Inspirato, talentReef, and Channelinsight in various roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer, QA Engineer, and Data Analyst, respectively.

Lihong Norman completed their Bachelor's degree in Western Culture from Japan Osaka Women's University, graduating between the years 2000 and 2004.
