Justin Taylor

Mr. Taylor oversees all functions within the finance and accounting divisions, including cash management, forecasting, reporting, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate-related activities of the Company. Mr. Taylor has 15 years of experience and has held various positions in private equity and consulting with financial and energy-focused businesses. Prior to joining Pinnergy, Mr. Taylor was a member of the investment team at Energy Spectrum Capital in their private equity group, where he concentrated on midstream and service investments within the energy space. While at Energy Spectrum, he focused primarily on evaluation and execution of potential investments, transaction negotiation and oversight of active portfolio companies and their growth initiatives. Previously, Mr. Taylor served as a consultant for Protiviti, Inc., a global business consulting firm, where he advised clients on strategic and operational initiatives and provided solutions to improve the company's profitability. Mr. Taylor received his BBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
