Kathy Brown, 1SG(R), is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military training, education, and human resources. Currently serving as a JROTC Instructor at Pinon Unified School District #4 since August 2023, Kathy has held various leadership roles including Shift Supervisor and Web Support Specialist at iostudio and Human Resource Professional through the HOH Fellow program. Kathy's extensive experience in human resources includes roles as an Employee Relations Advisor with Kellogg Company and a Recruiting and Retention Manager for the Tennessee Army National Guard, where training and mentoring over 500 employees was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes management positions in the banking and restaurant industries, complemented by educational achievements including PHR certification from Syracuse University.
