Serena Acquisto

Serena Acquisto's work experience includes a variety of roles in the film and media industry. Serena started their career as an intern at Good For You Productions in 2017, where they gained experience in editing and videography. Serena later worked as an Editor and Videographer at the same company from 2017 to 2022.

In 2018, Serena became a Painting Instructor at Pinot's Palette, where they utilized their artistic skills. Serena also worked as a Photographer at the Woodstock Film Festival in 2018.

Serena has since taken on various freelance roles, including being a Freelance Video Editor for companies like Capital One, Inc. Magazine, and Fast Company in 2021. Serena also worked as a Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Intern at Hearthstone Marketing from January to August 2021.

Serena's most recent position is as a Production Coordinator at Notice Pictures, starting in December 2021. Serena also has experience in production assistance, having worked as a Production Assistant at Patti Devine Inc. from June 2021 to May 2022.

Additionally, Serena has a background in set design and assisting the Art Director for the movie "A Fairy Tale After All" at Riding Hood Motion Pictures in November 2019.

Serena Acquisto pursued their education at SUNY New Paltz from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Serena double majored in Digital Media Production and Digital Media Management, with a minor in Studio Art. Prior to attending SUNY New Paltz, Serena completed their high school education at Mahopac High School from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Serena obtained several certifications including Learning Video Production and Editing from LinkedIn in July 2021, Video Strategies for High Engagement from LinkedIn in April 2021, Typography: Type in Motion from LinkedIn in April 2020, and IRB Social/Behavioral Research from SUNY New Paltz in September 2020.
