Declan Mc Adams

Declan Mc Adams has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Declan started their career in 1988 as a Finance Director at Deacons before becoming the Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 1993. In 1995, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. From 1996 to 1999, they served as the Finance Director at Coolmore Stud, followed by their role as Group General Manager - Finance at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited from 1999 to 2001. Declan then joined KDA as a Non Executive Director from 2005 to 2010. From 2006 to 2017, they held a position as a Non Executive Director at bridport & cie sa. In 2002, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA until 2011, during which they also served as a Non Executive Director. In 2011, they founded Clontarf Advisory Services SA and assumed the role of Founder/Director. Declan later joined Pinovo as the Chairman and Co-Founder from 2019 and onward, having previously served as a Non Executive Director and Co-Founder from 2014 to 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Top Innovator at UpLink - World Economic Forum.

Declan Mc Adams obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin during the period of 1978 to 1983. Declan then pursued further education and achieved an FCCA degree from ACCA between 1984 and 1988. Finally, they attended INSEAD in 1994 and 1995, where they completed an MBA.
