VP of Marketing at Pinpoint

Kristin Tyndall has over a decade of experience in marketing, product marketing, and content marketing. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Marketing at Pinpoint Applicant Tracking System, where they lead the marketing strategy, team, and budget to help Pinpoint grow. Kristin also serves as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Member of Product Marketing Alliance. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Member of Traffic Think Tank and a freelance SEO & Content Strategy Consultant. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at EAB, where they held roles as Director of Digital Marketing, Manager of Content Marketing, and Research Consultant. As Director of Digital Marketing, they led a team of 5 digital marketers and worked cross-functionally with product marketing, subject matter experts, Sales, demand generation, and web developers. As Manager of Content Marketing, they launched a new flagship blog and email newsletter and managed a team of 2 content marketers. As Research Consultant, they conducted ~200 interviews per year to understand customer pain points related to recruiting, employee engagement, and DEI.

Kristin Tyndall holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Mercer University, and an M.A. in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Chicago. Kristin also completed a semester abroad at The Philipp University of Marburg, focusing on German Language. In 2017, Kristin obtained two certifications from Google, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners.
