Evgeny Praisman

Evgeny Praisman has over 15 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Representative of the Educational Department for youth and students education in Ukraine for the Jewish Agency. In 2008, they became the CIS Department Director at Israel Experience Educational Tourism services ltd. In 2010, they joined Israel Way, initially as the COO, and later as the VP of Human Resources and Administration. During their time at Israel Way, they were responsible for developing and organizing the organization's strategy, as well as general management. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Pinsteps, where they focused on business development and traveler experience analysis for the worldwide tour and travel marketplace.

Evgeny Praisman's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled at the University of Haifa. Evgeny completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Common History and Archaeology in 1995. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Haifa and obtained a Licence in Ministry of Tourism School licensed tour guide studies from 1994 to 1996.

In 2001, Evgeny Praisman returned to the University of Haifa, this time to study High school teaching. Evgeny completed their degree and became a qualified High school teacher in Common History, Educational Tours, and Nandigram in 2003.

In 2006, Evgeny Praisman enrolled at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' for a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Evgeny completed their Master of Arts degree in 2008.
