Mitchell Mellor is the Director of Expansion at Pinstripes, where Mitchell coordinates recruiting, marketing, and construction timelines for all new openings. With previous experience as a General Manager at Metropolitan Hospitality Group and Clyde's Restaurant Group, Mitchell has a background in opening new concepts, training staff, and maximizing sales. Mitchell graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
