Harsja Kartadjoemena

Harsja Kartadjoemena has a wealth of experience in the legal field, having worked in various roles since 2012. In 2015, they began as an intern at Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners. In 2016, they interned at HHP Law Firm (member of Baker & McKenzie International). In 2017, they were a Junior Associate at Makes & Partners, where they worked on M&A transactions, rights and bond issuance for both Indonesia and Singapore listings. In 2018, they were an Associate at HHP Law Firm (member of Baker & McKenzie International), representing MUFG Bank Ltd in the acquisition of Bank Danamon Tbk, and its subsequent merger with Bank BNP Tbk. In 2021, they were a Senior Legal Lead at OY! Indonesia, leading the investment and corporate side of the legal team and assisting with the company's growth. Harsja is currently the Head of Legal at Pintarnya since 2022.

Harsja Kartadjoemena attended the University of Indonesia from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a S.H./Bachelors in Law. Prior to that, they attended Global Jaya International School from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
