Ratu Alia Cahyani

Ratu Alia Cahyani is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Pintek since December 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a People Partner - Performance and Employer Branding Intern at Shipper from July 2021 to November 2022. Ratu also held various positions at DOOgether as a Campus Ambassador and at IN.Growth Indonesia as a Talent Development Staff, where responsibilities included organizing engagement events. Ratu's leadership skills were demonstrated as Vice Head of Public Relations with BEM Psikologi UI, coordinating internal events, and participating in other public relations and event management roles across multiple organizations. Ratu holds an educational background from the University of Indonesia and SMAN 68 Jakarta.
