Aldo Winata

Aldo Winata is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Business Partner Lead currently working at Pintu since May 2022, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles and overseeing pipelines for overseas candidates from various countries. Previously, Aldo held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition at Cermati.com from September 2018 to April 2022 and served as External Student Affair Executive at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara between September 2017 and August 2018. Aldo began in the HR field as an HRBP Intern at Kompas.com in mid-2016. Aldo holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, completed in 2017.
