Kelli Arnold

Kelli Arnold has a strong background in the banking and financial industry, with experience working in various leadership positions. Kelli began their career at NYAHSA as the Director of Managed Care & Provider Integration. Kelli then worked at the Dormitory Authority State of NY as the Manager of the Health Care Portfolio, where they monitored and oversaw the performance of healthcare clients. After that, they joined HSBC, where they served as the Team Leader for the Healthcare, Higher Ed, and Not-for-Profit Group, and later as the Area Director for the Central Middle Market & Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Group. Kelli then moved to First Niagara Bank as the SVP & Market Executive, where they were responsible for building relationships with the community and supporting charitable organizations. Kelli then joined KeyBank, where they held multiple roles, including SVP, Director of Corporate Responsibility for the Albany, Hudson Valley, Eastern PA, Connecticut, and Massachusetts markets, and SVP, Director of Corporate Responsibility & Community Engagement, overseeing KeyBank's national team of Corporate Responsibility Officers. Currently, they are employed at Pioneer as the EVP, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.

Kelli Arnold earned a BA in Psych / Business from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1988 to 1992. Kelli later pursued an MBA in Health Care Administration from Union College between 1992 and 1994.
